Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Wellnessify application ("App") operated by Wellnessify ("we," "us," or "our").
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Wellnessify, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Wellnessify provides a personal wellness dashboard that displays health metrics, sleep analysis, activity tracking, cycle insights, and an AI-powered wellness assistant. The App may connect to compatible smart ring devices and Apple HealthKit.
3. Subscriptions
Wellnessify offers auto-renewable subscription plans:
- Premium Weekly — $9.99 per week
- Premium Yearly — $129.99 per year
Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your App Store account settings.
Free trials, if offered, convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the trial ends.
4. Health Disclaimer
WELLNESSIFY IS NOT A MEDICAL DEVICE AND DOES NOT PROVIDE MEDICAL ADVICE, DIAGNOSIS, OR TREATMENT. The App is intended for general wellness and informational purposes only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making health-related decisions. Do not disregard professional medical advice because of information provided by the App.
In case of a medical emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.
5. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information, use the App only for lawful purposes, not attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the App, and keep your account credentials secure.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, design, trademarks, and technology in Wellnessify are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App at any time by deleting it and canceling any active subscription.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WELLNESSIFY IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
10. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
